1. Service Overview
Atulya Kanchi Camp offers premium accommodation and hospitality experiences in Bandhavgarh National Park, Madhya Pradesh. Our services include luxury villa stays, guided jungle excursions, transport arrangements, and related hospitality offerings. This Booking Fulfillment Policy explains how bookings are confirmed, fulfilled, and delivered to our guests after successful payment.
2. Booking Confirmation Process
Once payment is successfully completed through our secure online gateway (Razorpay), guests will receive a Booking Confirmation Email within 24 hours. The confirmation email will include details such as:
- Booking ID and guest name
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Villa type and number of guests
- Inclusions (meals, excursions, etc.)
- Amount paid and payment reference number
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours of payment, please contact our support team at atulyakanchi@gmail.com.
3. Delivery of Services
All services (accommodation, excursions, and hospitality offerings) are delivered at our physical property location — Atulya Kanchi Camp, Bandhavgarh National Park, Madhya Pradesh. Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and the booking confirmation voucher upon check-in. Check-in and check-out times will be mentioned in the booking confirmation and must be adhered to. Additional services (like safaris or guided tours) are fulfilled as per the guest itinerary confirmed prior to arrival.
4. Modifications to Bookings
Modifications to your confirmed booking (such as date changes, number of guests, or villa category) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests for modification must be made via email at least 7 days prior to check-in. Once a booking has commenced (after check-in), modifications or rescheduling are not permitted.
5. Service Delivery Timeline
The service is considered “delivered” once the guest successfully checks in on the confirmed arrival date. For add-on services (like safari or transport), fulfillment occurs as per the time and date specified during booking. In case of any delay or change in service due to weather, park restrictions, or unforeseen events, guests will be informed promptly by our team.
6. Non-Delivery Circumstances
Service delivery may not occur in the following cases:
- Guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date (no-show).
- Guest provides incorrect contact or booking information.
- Unavoidable external conditions (such as government restrictions, natural calamities, or pandemic-related shutdowns).
In such cases, our Cancellation & Refund Policy will apply.
7. Third-Party Bookings
If your booking was made through a third-party platform (such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, or Airbnb), please refer to that platform’s booking confirmation for delivery details and contact them directly for any modifications or cancellations. Atulya Kanchi Camp will honor all valid third-party bookings received through official partner channels.
