Confirmation
  • Guest receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

 

Cancellation

  • Cancellation are made 30 days before the date of arrival 15% will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • Cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of arrival t 25% will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • Cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of arrival 50% will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • Cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of arrival 100% of total will be charged as cancellation fees

  • All above charges against total reservation amount.

 
 
Refund
  • No cash refunds.
  • Online source payments only.
  • Approx time around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.
 
 
Payment terms
  • Full deposit at the time of booking after confirmation
