Guests are treated to a pan-Indian mosaic of flavors—from the smoky mustard of Bengal to the coconut warmth of Kerala, the spice trails of Nagaland to the earthy dals of Madhya Pradesh. Alongside, continental classics are reimagined with local twists: think wild mushroom risotto with Gond tribal herbs, or a French tart infused with Mahua blossoms.

Inspired by Fluffy and Bhaiti, Kanchi’s Kitchen offers pet-friendly meals that are wholesome, vet-approved, and made with love. Fluffy, the owners’ beloved mongrel, and Bhaiti, a Lushai Hills dog who became the heart of the story The River Dog, are the spirit behind this offering.
