Cancellations and refunds follow the terms shown on the booking page at the time of purchase. Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within the specified timeline. No refund for No-Show, late arrival, or unused services. Discounted, promotional, or seasonal packages may be non-refundable.
